With our new domestic supplier on on-line, PCB Solutions has increased it range of capabilities to a whole new level. We are now supporting domestic, ITAR Flex (Flexible) and Rigid Flex printed circuit boards. We can now offer our customers a broad range of domestic technology from complex multilayer rigid flex commercial products to high reliability mil-spec PCBs.
Here is a look at what we can do with Flex and Rigid Flex Circuits domestically:
- Drill to copper – Inner layers: 10 mil
- Drill to copper – Outer layers: 8 mil
- Minimum Hole Size: 0.004″
- Copper Thickness: 0.5 oz – 4 oz
- Minimum Pitch: 0.5 mm
- Minimum Trace / Space: 0.003″/0.003″
- Copper to board edge: 0.007″
- Coverlay Web (Kapton): 0.006″
- Coverlay Opening: 0.003″
In addition to highly technical work, we can do 48 hour turns as needed for short run products and we are competitive with a lot of other manufacturers in the US for production work as well.
