Domestic and Offshore Quality Control

With our unique business model as a custom fabricated electronics distributor, our team has the ability to cover the entire spectrum of our customer’s quality requirements. 

The certifications below cover, but are not limited to, a wide range of production capabilities.

Supplier Certifications and Production Standards

  • All suppliers are ISO 9001 / 2016 (Quality) registered
  • PCB, cable assembly and wire harness suppliers with ISO 13485 (Medical) 
  • All suppliers are UL certified (Safety for flammability) for their respective production capabilities for single sided, double side and multilayer rigid, flex, ridged flex and AL core 
  • All PCB suppliers fabricate to IPC IPC 6012 classes 1, 2, 3 standards
  • All PCB suppliers inspect to IPC-A-600 class 1, 2, & 3 standards
  • All offshore wire harness and PCB Suppliers have IATF / TS16949 (Automotive)  
  • Domestic PCB suppliers with AS9100:2016 (Aerospace), TL 9000, Mil-PRF-31032 certificates, Defense Logistics Agency (DLR) and ITAR compliant 
  • Domestic and offshore wire harness and PCB suppliers are RoHS and REACH compliant + ISO14001 (Environmental) 
  • Base material guidelines for PCBs IPC-4101, 4104, 4202, 4203, 4204
  • Wire Harness suppliers build to WHMA IPC-A-620 class 1, 2, 3 automotive and 
  • Engineering Design and Layout work to IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies

Testing: PCBs are tested at the highest possible

  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Rigid Circuit Board
  • In‐Line AOI for Outer Layers and AOI for Final Inspection
  • Electrical Test (E-Test / 100% Net List Test) – Flying Probe & Fixtures 
  • High Pot Testing Available
  • Impedance Testing 
  • Tg Test, Peel Strength, Ionic Testing, IR Reflow, Thermal Chamber 

Documentation: Each Shipment of PCBs include the following

  • Certificates of Conformance (CofC)
  • Electrical Test Certificates
  • Cross Section Analysis
  • High Pot Test Certificates
  • Final Inspection Report / Outgoing Reports (Blank Sample / Completed Sample)
  • Solder Samples (upon request)
  • Impedance Coupons (upon request)
